What products do you offer?
At Matthews Frozen Foods, we provide a complete wholesale and distribution service supplying a full range of fresh, frozen & ambient food products to fast food outlets, convenience stores, restaurants, and catering businesses across Ireland.
Do you handle international shipments?
Due to our partner connections we often have products that are difficult to get in other countries and many customers travel to us in Ireland to get them, however we do not currently ship internationally.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We do our best to provide next-day delivery across Ireland, and same-day delivery may be possible for customers within the greater Dublin and Meath areas, depending on stock and delivery schedules. Please contact our office early in the day to confirm availability.
What tracking options do you provide?
All deliveries are managed through our in-house logistics system. Customers can contact our team at any time for live updates on order status.
How can I schedule a pickup?
Customers are welcome to collect orders directly from our depot in Baltrasna, Ashbourne. To arrange a pickup time, please contact our sales or logistics team in advance so we can prepare your order and ensure minimal waiting time.
How do you calculate delivery costs
Delivery is FREE. Regular customers and high-volume orders benefit from preferential service.
